HAd an issue with another order that was cancelled due to Entertainment Eath never having responded to my customer service query. Seems like my money is what matters most to them, rather than my satisfaction level and continued patronage.

When you advertise that a product will be available at a certian time my expectations are that it will be available at that time but so far the availability date changes every month and you never know when or if the product will be available .

I am satisfied with my purchases made at Entertainment Earth. My orders were recived on time. I was promptly notified if an item was not available. I receive timely updates on backordered and pre-ordered items.

The availability of products is quite good compared to other sites (I scored incorrectly on previous page), however I find the breakdown of shipping rates very expensive. I like that you use USPS, but other sites use a cheaper flat shipping rate.
